- Quote Form: When you submit a request, we collect your Name, Email, and 3D files (STL/3MF). This is used strictly to provide you with a quote and fulfill your order under the Data Protection Act.
- Cookies: We use basic cookies to ensure the website functions correctly and to remember your preferences.
3D Model Files & Liability (Terms of Service)
- Design Responsibility: NoahPrints is a manufacturing service. We print the files exactly as provided. Any structural failure or fitment issues due to the digital design are the responsibility of the customer/developer, not NoahPrints.
- File Retention: We retain your 3D models for 30 days after the order is completed to assist with potential reprints. After this period, files are deleted from our local storage.
- Intellectual Property: You must own the rights to any file you ask us to print. We do not claim ownership of your designs and will never share or sell your files.
Returns & Refunds
Because 3D prints are custom-manufactured goods, they are exempt from standard returns. Refunds or reprints are only offered if the product arrives damaged or does not match the agreed-upon order specifications. Small cosmetic artifacts (layer lines/support marks) are a standard feature of the 3D printing process.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your data. Your information is only shared with third-party services necessary to run the business, such as our SMTP email provider (to send you quotes) and Shipping Carriers (to deliver your prints).
